Which size covers your window?
This screen covers an opening up to 100 cm wide and 100 cm tall, which suits a standard single window or a casement sash. Because
you cut it down, treat that as a ceiling rather than an exact match. Order above your opening and
trim. Order below it and there is nothing to be done.
Measure the frame recess, not the glass. The tape goes on the flat face of the frame around the
opening, and that face is what the screen has to reach.
How the velcro fixing works
Hook-and-loop tape runs around the window frame. The screen has a matching velcro edge sewn on.
You press one onto the other and that is the whole system. No frame to assemble, no corner pieces,
no drill.
It's the cheapest way to screen a window properly, and the reason it works is that the tape grips
along the entire edge rather than at a few points. Insects get in through gaps, and a continuous
edge does not leave any.

At the end of summer, peel the screen off and store it flat. Wash it in warm soapy water first if

Because everything cuts, one large screen can become two or three small ones. Buy the biggest size
that suits, cut it into panels, and pick up extra hook-and-loop tape if you run short. Replacement
